Summary: startup window placement
The initial placement of the gaim windows in the upper
left is a BIG problem for me, because the upper left is
off screen in my configuration (see below). I have not
found an option to override this behavior, so each time
I startup the program, I must do a Cascade Windows to
see my windows.
I'm running on Windows XP Pro, on a laptop with a 2nd
monitor attached, and configured as a dual-screen
setup. The monitor is physically on the right of my
laptop, and is taller. Thus, the upper left area of the
virtual desktop is not displayed on any monitor. See
attached screen capture.

This is not a Gaim bug, but a bug in GTK+, the widget toolkit
used by Gaim. Your bug is being moved to our "gtk bugs" tracker,
where it will be grouped with similar bugs. When we know a gtk
bug number for this issue, your group number will reflect it.
